These are great for adding to so many different recipes. Handy for soups, roasts and in the crock pot. Nice not to always have fresh or frozen carrots on hand. Go EZ adding them at first because they have a LOT of flavor and then work yourself up to the amount you like.

Made 2 18 qt roasters of vegetable soup for 3 neighbors that have nothing in fridge. So they will at least have soup and loaf of bread.
