How do I place an order?

After you make a purchase, you should receive an order confirmation number. As soon as the order is processed and ready to ship, you"ll receive an email with the order info and tracking number.

Customer service representatives can take your orders during business hours 9 am PST to 5 pm PST Monday through Thursday and 9 am PST to 12 pm PST on Friday. Customer service is closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Do you charge sales tax?
This may depend on the state. Tax laws are also subject to change.
When will my item get shipped?
You can choose from the shipping options at checkout. Standard orders typically get shipped within the same business day.
Whats your shipping method?
Standard orders are shipped with USPS based on the options available at checkout. We also ship with FedEx, UPS and OnTrac when need be.
Shipping is calculated at checkout according to the total package weight, (this saves you money by not paying a set fee per product). Select items have the cost of shipping built in, those are marked with a 'Free Shipping' icon.
What's your return policy?
We stand behind the quality of our products. If there's a problem with your order we will do whatever it takes to make it right. To Initiate a return, please contact us within 7 business days to inform us about your dissatisfaction with our product. We ask that you keep the original packaging that your order came in as well as your invoice, this way we can insure that the return is a swift and smooth process.
Disclaimer: Please note, in the summer month we do include an ice pack with each order containing chocolate and certain melt-able products to help it arrive in best possible condition. However, we do not take back melt-able items such as chocolate. All orders containing melt-able products are done at your responsibility.
We reserve the right to refuse returns on open food packages due to health and safety concerns.
