Great addition for quick meal preparation, Soups, boost a variety of your special recipes. It really beefs up gravys, salads, spaghetti sauce, dressings. Add a little or alot mixes well cold or hot I'm not afraid to experiment with this product in the kitchen.

This is my second time ordering the tomato powder. initially I bought a pound, but ended up going through that so fast that I ordered 5 pounds this time. This is an amazing product and I use it in everything from soups, sauces, rice, eggs, seasonings.

Perfect Salsa and Spaghetti Sauce from Garden Tomatoes!

Love this stuff. I use it for thickening frozen salsa made with whatever garden tomatoes are at hand. Then I used it for thickening spaghetti sauce made from 3 quarts of the same assorted tomatoes out of the freezer. Way better than trying to do that relaying totally on tomato paste which turns out tasting awful because you need way too much and it ends up with an overcooked flavor. This is not cooked at all and helps preserve that fresh tomato flavor while getting rid of wateriness in your sauce. Wish I'd known about tomato powder long ago!

Amazing stuff

My first adventure with tomato powder, so I've only used it as tomato paste to stop the new wateriness and separating of store bought spaghetti sauce. WHY have I never known such a thing existed before? Can't wait to try it for making soups and other ways. Will definitely need more of this.
