I use this in soups and pasta and dips. I ordered 10 pounds. I have ordered this before from Delish and was satisfied with quality. My most recent order took 3 weeks to arrive and was full of stems. Not flakes. I contacted company to try and resolve. It took them 3 days to reply and ask for pictures which I sent the same day. It has been almost a week since I replied with pictures and I still have not received a reply. I understand things happen but the lack of customer service is why I will no longer order from this company

I loved this dried spinach more than fresh spinach. I add a couple tablespoons of this to my homemade pasta salads, along with a splash of apple cider vinegar and olive oil. Grated cheese, flaxseed and chia seed or spices can jazz it up. Super food!
Lots of convenient spinach
A pound of dried spinach fills two half-gallon mason jars! I like that these are smallish, consistent sized flakes and very easy to just toss into pretty much everything. Everyone likes to joke about spinach being 105% water and a whole box shrinking into a tiny handful of cooked spinach.
