I have not opened it yet, I bought off of Amazon, the 1 gallon bottle, 4 lb. It isn't cheap, and for the money, I'd hope they would place a sticker on it for serving size and how much water is required to rehydrate. I'd like to add this to rice dishes, stuffing, breaded crab cakes and not just soups. I called and was told a serving size is 1 oz. They also said people rehydrate 2 water to 1 soup mix. I suppose one must experiment to use this product in your recipes, but a starting point would be helpful. The only label on the 1 gallon jar is their 'Its Delish' label describing the contents, their website, best by date. I'm giving 3 stars because I haven't tasted it yet, nor rehydrated yet. Just an opinion on first impression of the container and mix. I hope it is a good product and doesn't end up a 1 time purchase. I freeze dry foods and I know how much veggies would need to be bought, freeze dried, cut up into tiny bits to fill this 1 gallon container. It would be a lot. I thought this would be a time saver.

Delicious soup! I would give it 5 stars except I am unable to locate any nutritional information anywhere. I log food for my diet and need to know how many calories per serving. Can you please provide nutritional info?
