Wild-grown with deep, earthy flavor! Boletus Luteus (brown or Chilean mushroom) is a wild-grown dark mushroom sorted, washed, trimmed, and air-dried — chopped into small dices similar to porcini in flavor. Good source of vitamins, minerals, and protein. 100% all-natural, no added ingredients or preservatives.

Perfect for sauces, gravy, soups, vegetable stock, broth, stews, pasta, meats, sausages, seasoning blends, pot pies, risottos, and casseroles.

Prep Instructions: Add to slow-cooking dishes with sufficient liquid. Or hydrate using 1 part dried mushroom to 5 parts water — simmer 10–15 minutes.

Yields: 1 oz equals about ½ cup dry. 1 lb dried equals approximately 6 lbs fresh when rehydrated.

Storage: Best used within 18 months. Store tightly sealed away from sunlight.

Dried Mushroom kibble

I use the dried mushroom kibble as well as your dried red and green bell pepper for, among other things, filler in turkey burgers and salmon patties. They help make excellent burgers and fish patties. Excellent product. I suspect that I will adding more of you dried vegetables to my pantry.
