Where's my product?

I ordered and paid for the product on 6/13. Received a notification that it was delivered on 6/28. Found out it was not delivered at all. Called the office and left a message on 7/1 and have not heard anything about the status of my order. Please respond to beau.bacon@compass-usa.com Thank you

These hibiscus flowers (calyxes, really) have a delicate sugar covering. They are wonderful accompanying hot tea.
