Great addition to ramen soups stews

I even added some to sour cream along with two cans of chopped clams let it rehydrate for an hour and it was great on saltines...

Use as a Spinach Sprinkle

I love spinach in my soups dips and scrambled eggs. The flavor is awesome. My only concern was there s no chart suggesting hydration process. So basically you re using this as an herb. If you needed as a side dish? There s NO chart
