OUr Premium Cocoa Powder is sourced by Barry Callebaut. This Dutch cocoa powder is 10/12 fat content. This fat-reduced, Medium Dutched cocoa powder is made from high quality West African cocoa beans. It has a reddish-brown color, mild flavor, and is easy to dissolve in liquids. Dutch-process cocoa powder starts with cocoa beans that have been washed in alkaline solution of potassium carbonate. This wash neutralizes their acidity. So, dutch-process cocoa powder is neutral. Because it is neutral, it does not react with baking soda. It’s often paired with baking powder. This is of highest quality and great for making chocolate, baking, chocolate and cocoa drinks etc. Its Kosher Parve (non-dairy) Vegan and sugar-free.

United StatesI've ordered from "it's delish" three times now and absolutely love there product. I've always gotten this in the #5 pound bags but this time decided I'd just go with the #20 bag! The premium chocolate powder is amazing. I bake and cook all homemade and love the fact I can get it in bulk and it truly is delicious in everything I've ever made with it! Thanks "It's delish" for a wonderful tasting product I can use to make delicious foods for my family!
