These fill me up better than even than nuts, with far fewer calories. They have therefore become a useful contributor to a weight loss/healthy eating program. I've also found them to be roughly as tasty as any other brand I've tried yet. Will be placing another large bulk order soon.

I really like the Roasted Edamame with sea salt. It has the perfect blend of tastes: crunchy and nutty with just the right amount of salty. I mix the edamame with dried Craisens in a small container, and keep it next to my favorite chair. Whenever I need a snack I reach for my Edamame blend. Perfect!
