The salt is perfect. However I was a bit skeptical with the purchase based on the description. I was under the impression that the salt was very course, thus very large individual grains. Something that I have come across before. Since I intended to use the salt primarily for meats, a salt to course would not have been adequate. When I received the product it turned out it was perfect in size of the grain and it even tasted like salt as well. I would recommend changing the picture to show an accurate size of the grain. As there is nothing to compare the image or the description to in regards to the size of the grain. Never have been disappointed with the dozen's of different spices I have used and/or purchased from your business. Well done and great prices.
