As far as the chocolate covered beans go - I have no complaints. They are awesome. My problem is with the shipping. This is the second time I'm ordering from the company. The first time it took them forever to ship and they blamed it on the holidays. This year, I ordered some time before the holidays, on Aug 26th. By September 1st the order still hasn't shipped. I'm really considering cancelling the order and punishing the company for showing such disregard for their customers. And I'm paying for the shipping, too! They really should indicate processing times before the order ships. They aren't the only ones selling this product.
