Ordering and shipping were great on their end, but the shipper held the item in local distribution for 3 days even thou it was marked perishable before delivery. The product however seemed to be a dark chocolate not very milky. It was a bit bitter and the 2lb bag was a bit beat up with lots of broken pieces. If you like this stuff that way it's great for you, but the product was not to my liking or my wife's. I would stay away from this product otherwise.
